Academy Charter lost against the Baldwin Bruins back in January, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. Academy Charter had to suffer through a rough 66-27 loss at the hands of the Bruins. Academy Charter has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Academy Charter's defeat shouldn't obscure the performances of Jovani Dorismond, who scored seven points along with seven rebounds, and Emmanuel Derosier who scored nine points along with five rebounds.
Academy Charter's loss dropped their record down to 2-13. As for Baldwin, they now have a winning record of 2-1.
Academy Charter will head out on the road to take on the Vikings at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. One thing working in Port Washington's favor is that they have posted big point totals every time they've taken the court this season. Baldwin does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
