The Satanta Indians can finally bid farewell to their four-game losing streak thanks to their game on Tuesday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Pawnee Heights 77-47 on the road. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest victory Satanta has posted against Pawnee Heights since January 15, 2016.
Pawnee Heights lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Leighton Munk, who dropped a double-double on 14 points and 12 rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Munk has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Davin Hamby, who scored 16 points along with five rebounds and three steals.
Satanta's victory bumped their record up to 4-8. As for Pawnee Heights, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-9.
Satanta will take on Prairie Heights at TBD on Tuesday. Prairie Heights is no doubt hoping to put an end to a four-game streak of away losses. As for Pawnee Heights, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Ashland at 11:30 a.m. on Friday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in Kansas (Ashland is ranked 319th, while Pawnee Heights is ranked 310th).
