Lyle/Wishram put the finishing touches on their 5th blowout victory of the season on Saturday. They were the clear victor by a 46-22 margin over Adrian/Jordan Valley. Lyle/Wishram were expected to win, but the margin was definitely larger than the state rankings had forecast.
Next week Lyle/Wishram take on St. Paul at 4:00 PM. Since neither squad is a stranger to landslide victories this season, you'd better bet it will be hard-fought showdown. As for Adrian/Jordan Valley, they will face off against Pine Eagle. Both of these teams will be looking for a pick-me-up after considerable defeats in their previous games.
