The Linsly School won the last time they faced Fort Frye and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Linsly School skirted past Fort Frye 2-1. Winning may never get old, but The Linsly School sure is getting used to it with their fifth in a row.

The match was a true back-and-forth as no team won consecutive sets, but in the end it was The Linsly School who won the one that mattered. The match finished with set scores of 25-0, 0-25, 25-0.

The Linsly School's win bumped their record up to 20-5. As for Fort Frye, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 13-8.

Coincidentally, The Linsly School and Fort Frye will both be playing East Palestine the next time they take the court. The Linsly School will host East Palestine at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, while Fort Frye will play them later in the day, at 6:45 p.m.
