If Byhalia were expecting to get some payback for the 14-42 loss against New Albany the last time they met, then they were left disappointed. It was close but no cigar for Byhalia as they fell 35-38 to New Albany on Friday. It was a tough break for Byhalia, who improved upon an already decent score from last Friday but lost both times.
The loss dropped Byhalia back to even at 4-4. The victory bumped New Albany's record up to 5-3.
Next week Byhalia take on Senatobia at 7:00 PM. As for New Albany, they will face off against Tishomingo County.
