The Westminster Lions will head out on the road to challenge the Trinity Classical Academy Knights at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.
With a playoff game on the line, Westminster rose to the challenge on Wednesday. They were the clear victor by a 83-59 margin over the Wolves. The win made it back-to-back wins for Westminster.
Meanwhile, Trinity Classical Academy waltzed into their matchup on Wednesday with three straight wins but they left with four. They blew past Redlands Adventist Academy 88-66. Trinity Classical Academy pushed the score to 72-47 by the end of the third, a deficit Redlands Adventist Academy cut but never quite recovered from.
Westminster has been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight contests, which provided a nice bump to their 15-10 record this season. As for Trinity Classical Academy, they pushed their record up to 21-8 with that victory, which was their third straight on the road.
