American has been on the road for three straight, but on Wednesday they'll finally head home. They will take on the Kennedy Titans at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.
Last Friday, American was the victim of a tough 67-41 loss at the hands of the Mariners. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points American has scored all season.
Kiratraj Sanghera put forth a good effort for the losing side as he dropped a double-double on 19 points and ten rebounds. Sahaj Bahia was another key contributor, scoring three points along with three steals.
Meanwhile, Kennedy ended up a good deal behind the Colts on Friday and lost 64-50. Kennedy has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
American's loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 16-8. As for Kennedy, their defeat ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 12-12.
American beat the Titans 53-43 in their previous meeting back in January. Does American have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Titans turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
