Their game two weeks ago wasn't at all kind to Pentucket Regional, but their most recent match may have softened the blow. They were gifted an easy victory last Saturday as Masconomet Regional wound up forfeiting 0-2.
Meanwhile, North Reading were the big favorite in their most recent match, and for good reason. They blew past Triton Regional 42-14. The team accrued the bulk of their points in the first half (36) and coasted on those for the win.
Their wins bumped North Reading to 3-1 and Pentucket Regional to 2-2. Two forfeits in a row aren't very likely, so Pentucket Regional better be ready for a battle.
