Rashad Dockery Delivers Best Effort of Season
Rashad Dockery produced his most outstanding game to date while leading South View to the win on Friday. Dockery rushed for 320 yards and eight touchdowns while picking up 13.3 yards per carry, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process. He continues to roll, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played.
The win (which was South View's fourth in a row) raised their record to 6-2. Dockery and South View will look to defend their home field on Friday against Cape Fear at 7:00 p.m.

Nance Made His Presence Known in Seventy-First's 56-6 Win
Seventy-First picked up their eighth consecutive win on Friday thanks in part to Deandre Nance. Nance turned in nothing short of a gem, rushing for 118 yards and two touchdowns on only five carries, while also throwing for 121 yards and two touchdowns while completing 73.3% of his passes. His rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his third straight game with at least 113 rushing yards dating back to last season.
Unfortunately for Purnell Swett, this isn't the first big game they've seen from Nance. Nance rushed for 73 yards and three touchdowns on only five carries, and also threw for 65 yards and a touchdown the last time he and the Rams duked it out back in October of 2023.
