Perhaps the best among them was   Josie Vaughn, who  earned 13 points along with five  assists and four  steals. The team also got some help courtesy of  Alyssa Groover, who  had seven points along with seven  rebounds and two  steals.
 It was another big night for  Madalynn Shirley, who  dropped  a double-double on 24 points and 13  rebounds for Evansville Central. With that strong performance,  Shirley is now averaging an impressive 8.5  rebounds per game.  Maddie Glaser was another key player,  going 6 for 11 en route to 18 points plus three  steals.
 Corydon Central's loss dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Evansville Central, their victory bumped their record up to 3-1.
 Corydon Central wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next  matchup,  a  58-27  win against Paoli on the 19th. Evansville Central has also  already played their next game,  a  57-34  victory against Boonville on the 20th.
