Meanwhile, Ashley entered their tilt with West Brunswick on Thursday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They put the hurt on the Trojans with a sharp  6-0 victory. Considering Ashley have won eight matches by more than two  goals this season, Thursday's  blowout was nothing new.
Their offense was hitting West Brunswick from everywhere, as five different players booted in a goal.  Stetler Risley led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for two goals all by himself.
 Ashley's win bumped their record up to 13-3-3. As for New Hanover, their victory bumped their record up to 12-4-2.
 New Hanover beat Ashley 3-1  when the teams last played  back in September. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Wildcats since the  team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
