The Willits Wolverines will face off against the Healdsburg Greyhounds at 4:00  p.m.  on Wednesday. Both come into the  match bolstered by wins in their previous  matches.

 Lisa Arkelian made a splash while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she  struck out 11 batters over  five innings while giving up  three earned runs off   three  hits. She has been consistent: she hasn't  tossed less than six  strikeouts any time she's  pitched this season. She was also solid in the batter's box,  going 1-for-3 with one  triple, one  run,  and one  RBI. That  triple was  her first of the season.
 In other batting news,  Alexandra Ramos was a standout: she went 1-for-3 with three  stolen bases, two  runs,  and two  RBI. Another player making a difference was  Ava Holmen, who  got on base  in three of her four plate appearances with three  runs and one  RBI.
