Huron won the last time they faced Willard and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Tigers put the hurt on the Crimson Flashes with a sharp 12-1 victory. The result was nothing new for the Tigers, who have now won four games by nine runs or more so far this season.

Huron pushed their record up to 6-3 with the win, which was their third straight at home. The home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.0 run on average over those games. As for Willard, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-9.

Coming up, Huron will host Old Fort at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Tigers' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Stockaders have averaged an impressive 6.2 runs per game this season. As for Willard, they will square off against Galion at 4:45 a.m. on Friday.
