San Juan has enjoyed the comforts of home their last two games, but now they'll head out on the road. They will take on the Duchesne Eagles at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in San Juan's favor is that they have posted big point totals in their last six contests.
Even though Gunnison Valley scored an imposing 55 points on Friday, San Juan still came out on top. San Juan walked away with a 63-55 win over the Bulldogs.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead San Juan to victory, but perhaps none more so than RJ Dalley, who dropped a double-double on 16 points and 12 rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Anthony Done, who scored 18 points.
Meanwhile, Duchesne unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-game winning streak on Wednesday. They took a 64-54 hit to the loss column at the hands of Tabiona.
San Juan's win bumped their record up to 9-11. As for Duchesne, their loss dropped their record down to 10-8.
San Juan couldn't quite finish off the Eagles in their previous meeting back in January and fell 69-66. Can San Juan avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
