While Brea Olinda's  win against St. Margaret wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. In a tight  game that could have gone either way, the Wildcats made off with  a  36-35 victory over the Tartans. Brea Olinda's win  on Friday was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from   Kolotolu Liti, who rushed for 129 yards and one  touchdown while picking up 8.1 yards per carry. Those  129  rushing yards gave  Liti a new career-high.  Carson Tracey was another key player, throwing for 164 yards and three  TDs.
 They were just one part of a punishing run game: Brea Olinda was unstoppable on the ground and  finished the game with 235  rushing yards. That's the most  rushing yards they've managed all season.
 Brea Olinda's defensive line stepped up as well, laying out  Kai Letcher four times. St. Margaret's QB  won't forget  Grant Ahn anytime soon given he sacked him twice.  Nolan Santana was another major factor on D,  picking up  a  sack and making eight total tackles (2.0 for loss).
 Despite the loss, St. Margaret's still got an impressive performance from   Letcher, who rushed for 122 yards and a pair of  scores, and also threw for 192 yards and a pair of  touchdowns.
The  win made it two in a row for Brea Olinda and  bumps their season record up to 5-2. As for St. Margaret's, they now  have a losing record of 3-4.
