It was a good run, but  the Castlewood Warriors unfortunately witnessed the end of their  three-game winning streak on Tuesday. They fell just short of Colman-Egan by a score of  39-37. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest  defeat Castlewood has suffered  yet this season.
 Despite the loss, Castlewood still got an impressive performance from   Gracie Haug, who  scored eight points along with three  steals.
 Castlewood dropped their record down to 5-9 with that  loss, which was their fifth straight  on the road. As for Colman-Egan, their victory bumped their record up to 8-5.
 Castlewood's road trip will continue as they head out to face Iroquois/Lake Preston at 6:15  p.m.  on January 26th. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another  in South Dakota (Iroquois/Lake Preston is ranked 68th, while Castlewood is ranked 92nd). As for Colman-Egan, they will be playing at home against DeSmet at 7:30  p.m.  on Friday.
