Congratulations to this week's top players! We're covering the best performances from Friday's football action (using all statistics entered as of the time of writing). Enjoy!
Mcclendon Posts Huge Game in 30-13 Victory
Starting off the list is Cheraw's Cam McClendon, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. McClendon rushed for 112 yards and two touchdowns. He is becoming a predictor of Cheraw's success: when he posts at least two rushing touchdowns the team is 3-1 (and 1-2 when he doesn't).
McClendon and Cheraw will venture away from home to face off against North Central at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. The Braves got just the result they wanted when they last faced the Knights, probably because McClendon had a solid game then too: he rushed for 83 yards and a touchdown. Can he match (or beat) that performance?
