The McKinley Tech Trainers scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Wednesday. They blew past Bard 60-28 on the road. Winning may never get old, but McKinley Tech sure is getting used to it with their third in a row.
McKinley Tech was led to victory by Ricardo Zeno and Ricardo Hardy. Zeno scored 11 points, while Hardy scored 12 points. Those 11 points set a new season-high mark for him. Another player making a difference was Anthony Godfrey, who scored seven points.
McKinley Tech pushed their record up to 5-2 with that victory, which was their eighth straight on the road dating back to last season. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 57.8 points per game. As for Bard, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-5.
McKinley Tech and KIPP DC Legacy College Prep will face off at 3:00 p.m. on December 16th without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. As for Bard, they will head out on the road to face off against Parkside at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
