The Randolph-Clay Red Devils can now show off 12 landslide victories after their most recent game on Thursday. They blew past Mitchell County 80-38 at home. The victory was just what Randolph-Clay needed coming off of a 59-31 loss in their prior match.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Randolph-Clay to victory, but perhaps none more so than Te'Ahja Hardwick, who scored 18 points. Hardwick has been hot recently, having posted 18 or more points the last three times she's played. Desiree Smith was another key contributor, scoring 17 points.
Randolph-Clay's win bumped their record up to 15-8. As for Mitchell County, their loss dropped their record down to 4-18.
Randolph-Clay does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Mitchell County, they won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Quitman County at 6:00 p.m. on February 9th. Mitchell County is facing Quitman County at the right time seeing as Quitman County is stuck on a 16-game losing streak.
