Rancho Christian got themselves on the board against Temecula Prep last Saturday, but Temecula Prep never followed suit. Rancho Christian steamrollered Temecula Prep 42-0. Rancho Christian found Rancho Christian's leader in underclassman freshman Jake Keleher, who rushed for 177 yards and 3 touchdowns. Keleher has now scored at least one touchdown in the past seven games.
Meanwhile, Carnegie Schools-Riverside took a serious blow against Santa Rosa Academy, falling 6-41. The state rankings had actually given Carnegie Schools-Riverside a slight edge heading into the game, making this hurt that much more.
Rancho Christian's victory lifted them to 4-4 while Carnegie Schools-Riverside's defeat dropped them down to 1-4.
