Zaiden Davis' Big Game Leads Centennial over Organ Mountain
Zaiden Davis was instrumental in extending Centennial's winning streak to eight on Friday. Nobody could stop Davis as he rushed for 104 yards and two touchdowns on only ten carries, and also threw for 105 yards and two touchdowns.
Centennial pushed their record up to 8-0 with the victory, which was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season. Davis and Centennial will head out to face off against Clovis at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

While it always takes a team to win, one person punching above their weight class on Friday was Junior Medrano. He was dynamite, rushing for 138 yards and two touchdowns on only eight carries, while also throwing for 33 yards and a touchdown.
Medrano and Hobbs will be playing in front of their home fans against Organ Mountain at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The game will pit Medrano up against the Knights' star signal caller Xavier Perez. So who wins this QB-duel? There's only one way to know for sure.

Sadly, Dylan Hergenreder posting his best game of the season wasn't enough to lead Alamogordo over Las Cruces on Thursday. Hergenreder rushed for 141 yards and a touchdown, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process.
Alamogordo is on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-8. Hergenreder and Alamogordo will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Clovis at 7:00 p.m. on November 1st.

Rudy Rios Delivers Electric Performance Vs Organ Mountain
Rudy Rios was instrumental in extending Centennial's winning streak to eight on Friday. Rios turned in nothing short of a gem, rushing for 52 yards and three touchdowns, while also catching a touchdown.
On the year, Rios has run in 12 touchdowns while averaging 81 rushing yards per game. He is looking even better than he did last year: after eight games last season, he was only averaging four rushing yards per game.
