On Monday, the Hayden Tigers's game was all tied up 26-26 at the half, but luckily for them it didn't stay that way. They came out on top against North Park by a score of 59-52. The win made it back-to-back wins for Hayden.

When it comes to explaining why North Park lost, one person who can't be blamed is Dezirae Gonzales. Despite the final result, she dropped a double-double on 36 points and ten rebounds. Hayden's victory ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 4-11. As for North Park, their defeat was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 2-11.
Hayden will look to defend their home court on Friday against Soroco at 5:30 p.m. Hopefully Hayden focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 22 on Monday. As for North Park, they will be playing at home against Vail Christian at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. North Park is facing Vail Christian at the right time seeing as Vail Christian is stuck on a ten-game losing streak.
