The Granby Rams will head out on the road to face off against the Mount Everett Regional Eagles at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Mount Everett Regional took a loss in their last game and will be looking to turn the tables on Granby, who comes in off a win.
Granby can finally bid farewell to their five-game losing streak dating back to last season thanks to their game last Monday. They put the hurt on Ludlow with a sharp 59-33 win. The win was just what Granby needed coming off of a 66-32 loss in their prior contest.
Meanwhile, Mount Everett Regional couldn't capitalize on their home-court advantage in their season opener. They took a serious blow against Springfield Renaissance on Monday, falling 75-23. Mount Everett Regional was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 36-11.
The victory got Granby back to even at 1-1. As for Mount Everett Regional, their loss dropped their record down to 0-1.
