Among those leading the charge was Makenzie Castille, who scored 13 points along with six rebounds. Alisa Sneed was another key contributor, scoring eight points along with seven rebounds and three steals.
Willis' defeat dropped their record down to 1-13. As for Conroe, their win ended a five-game drought on the road and puts them at 5-10.
Willis will square off against Grand Oaks at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Conroe, they will look to defend their home court on Friday against The Woodlands at 6:30 p.m.
