Neyland is on a roll when it comes to points, as he's now scored 15 or more in the last 23 games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Trae Phillips, who scored seven points along with six rebounds and two steals.
Lovelady's defeat dropped their record down to 7-9. As for Centerville, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten matches, which provided a nice bump to their 21-6 record this season.
Lovelady will be playing at home against Latexo at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Centerville, they will head out on the road to face off against Leon at 6:15 p.m. on Friday. The teams are rolling into the game with opposing streaks: Leon has struggled recently with 13 losses in a row, while Centerville will arrive with three straight wins.
