There's no place like home for George Ranch, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Thursday. Everything went their way against the Brazoswood Buccaneers on Friday as they made off with a 3-0 win. That looming 3-0 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Longhorns yet this season.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 25-15, 25-18.

Madelynn Coy paced George Ranch's offense, picking up eight kills. Coy got some help from Ava Campbell and her 12 assists. Remy Oestreich controlled things from the service line, finishing with five aces.

George Ranch is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-6 record this season. As for Brazoswood, they dropped their record down to 4-7 with the loss, which was their ninth straight on the road dating back to last season.
