The King Charter Jaguar will head out on the road to face off against the Episcopal Knights at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Both teams come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
King Charter had to endure a three-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past Metairie Park Country Day 22-19. The win was just what King Charter needed coming off of a 47-12 loss in their prior match.
Meanwhile, Episcopal waltzed into Friday's game with two straight wins but they left with three. They blew past Baker 56-7 on the road. Considering Episcopal has won five games by more than 31 points this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.
King Charter's victory bumped their record up to 3-6. As for Episcopal, they pushed their record up to 7-3 with that win, which was their fifth straight on the road.
