Last Thursday, Columbia Falls got the win against Browning by a conclusive 3-0. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Wildcats.
One reason for the win was Columbia Falls' just kept getting better, winning each set by more points than the last. The final score came out to 25-17, 25-8, 25-6.
Columbia Falls' success was spearheaded by the efforts of Ava Scholz, who had eight digs and two aces, and Louisa Miller, who had three digs and three aces.
Libby not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since October 29, 2024 (when they won 3-0). They blew past Browning 3-0. The victory continues a trend for the Loggers in their matchups with the Indians: they've now won three in a row.
Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Libby took every set by at least 12 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 25-11, 25-10.
Columbia Falls' win bumped their record up to 10-6-1. As for Libby, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-9.
