Pewitt was working as a unit and finished the game with 15 assists. That's the most assists they've posted since back in December of 2023.
Meanwhile, Como-Pickton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a 51-46 hit to the loss column at the hands of Sulphur Bluff. That's two games in a row now that the Eagles have lost by exactly five points.
Como-Pickton's defeat dropped their record down to 3-3. As for Pewitt, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-1.
