Hebrew Academy scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Tuesday. Everything went their way against Model Secondary School for the Deaf as Hebrew Academy made off with a 58-37 win. That 21 point margin sets a new team best for Hebrew Academy this season.
Several Eagles players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Akeisha Jackson, who scored 12 points along with six rebounds and three steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Jackson has scored all season. Mattea King was another key contributor, scoring four points along with 17 rebounds and two steals.
The win makes it two in a row for Hebrew Academy and bumps their season record up to 2-2. As for Model Secondary School for the Deaf, they have not been sharp recently as the team's lost seven of their last eight games, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-13 record this season.
Hebrew Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Model Secondary School for the Deaf won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against the Lions at 4:30 p.m. on January 31st.
