On Thursday, Webster Groves are packing up and heading on the road for the first time this season. They face off against Hazelwood Central at 4:45 PM. Both teams will be looking for a pick-me-up after considerable defeats in their previous games.
It's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 7-42, which was the final score in Webster Groves's tilt against Jackson last Friday.
Meanwhile, Hazelwood Central took a serious blow against DeSmet Jesuit last week, falling 2-37.
With both teams hitting sour notes in their previous games, they will no doubt be looking to produce a better score. Neither of those teams managed to put together many points in their previous game, so their meeting could be a low-scoring affair.
