The Life Christian Academy Eagles lost against the Bellevue Christian Vikings back in January, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. Life Christian Academy took a serious blow against Bellevue Christian, falling 76-49.
Several Eagles players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Jabez Boyd, who scored 13 points along with seven rebounds and six assists. The contest was Boyd's third in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Darius Imperial, who scored 13 points along with three steals.
Life Christian Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 2-1. As for Bellevue Christian, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 3-0.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Life Christian Academy will take on Vashon Island at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Vashon Island will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Washington Rankings (they are ranked 247th, while Life Christian Academy is ranked 111th). Bellevue Christian will be home for the holidays to greet Cascade Christian at 8:00 p.m. on Friday. Cascade Christian has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 212 points over their last three games.
