The Webb School Feet will face off against the Harpeth Indians at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. The two teams are strolling into their games after big wins in their previous games.
The Webb School had to skate by with only a two-run margin when they last took the field, which might have inspired the seven-run drubbing they dealt Battle Ground Academy on Tuesday. The Webb School put the hurt on Battle Ground Academy with a sharp 9-2 win.

Owen Fogle was excellent, scoring three runs and stealing Four bases. The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in stolen bases. Ryan Edwards was another key player, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 2-for-3.
Meanwhile, the third road match was the charm for Harpeth, as they earned their first road win of the season. They were the clear victor by a 10-4 margin over McEwen on Tuesday.
Hudson Ealy made a big impact no matter where he played. He pitched one inning while giving up no earned runs or hits. Ealy was also big at the plate, scoring a run and stealing Two bases. while getting on base in four of his five plate appearances.
In other pitching news, Hudson Clark looked comfortable as he pitched two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. The dominant performance gave him a new career-low in hits.
Back at the plate, the team relied heavily on Chance Ford, who went 3-for-5 with three RBI. Another player making a difference was Charlie Wilson, who scored a run while going 1-for-3.
The Webb School pushed their record up to 5-1 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.5 runs on average over those games. As for Harpeth, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.
The pitchers for both teams better look sharp on Thursday as neither team is afraid to steal. The Webb School has been swiping bases left and right this season, having averaged 3 stolen bases per game. However, it's not like Harpeth struggles in that department as they've been averaging 5.3 stolen bases. The only question left is which team can snag more.
The Webb School was able to grind out a solid victory over Harpeth in their previous meeting back in April of 2023, winning 8-3. Will The Webb School repeat their success, or does Harpeth have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
