Beech proved they can win big on Friday (they won by seven) and on Saturday they proved they can win the close ones too. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 4-3 win over the Blackman Blaze. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Buccaneers have posted since April 7th.

Beech saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jackson Kennedy, who went 1-for-2 with one double and one RBI.

Beech's win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 20-14. As for Blackman, their loss dropped their record down to 21-13.

Beech does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Blackman, they will welcome Page at 6:30 p.m. on Monday.
