The Holdenville Wolverines took care of business in their home opener on Tuesday (and then some). They really took it to Seminole for the full four quarters, racking up a 79-34 victory at home. The match was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 44-5.
Leading Holdenville to victory were Belle Mcfarland and Dah?myah Olden. Mcfarland scored 19 points, while Olden scored 19 points. Cylee Null was another key contributor, scoring 11 points.
Holdenville's victory bumped their record up to 1-0. As for Seminole, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-1.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Holdenville will take on Little Axe at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Seminole, they will look to defend their home court on Friday against North Rock Creek at 6:00 p.m.
