The Tioga Tigers had already proven themselves in the regular season, and didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They blew past Clymer Central/Sherman/Panama 63-16 on the road. Tioga might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team's won 12 contests by 28 points or more this season.
Drew Macumber was his usual excellent self, rushing for 234 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 9.0 yards per carry. Macumber has been hot recently, having posted two or more rushing touchdowns the last five times he's played. Another player making a difference was Caden Bellis, who rushed for 122 yards and a touchdown on only eight carries.
Although Clymer Central/Sherman/Panama took the loss, they still got scores from Anthony Cipolla and Tate Catanese.
The win for Tioga keeps them at an undefeated 13-0. They've been dominating during the games in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 38.93 points. As for Clymer Central/Sherman/Panama, their defeat dropped their record down to 11-1.
Tioga will be staying on the road on Saturday to face off against Stillwater at 12:00 p.m. on December 2nd. Stillwater's defense has only allowed 14.1 points per game this season, so Tioga's offense will have their work cut out for Tioga. Clymer Central/Sherman/Panama does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
