The Randleman Tigers will be playing in front of their home fans against the West Stanly Colts at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.
Randleman unfortunately witnessed the end of their ten-game winning streak dating back to last season on Friday. They were just a hair shy of victory and fell 22-21 to Eastern Randolph. Randleman gained 93 more yards on the day, but it was Eastern Randolph that made the best of use of them.
Despite the defeat, Randleman got a solid performance out of Edison Hernandez, who rushed for 109 yards and a touchdown.
Meanwhile, West Stanly had to suffer through a rough 56-6 loss at the hands of Monroe. While losing is never fun, West Stanly can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' North Carolina football rankings (they are ranked 205th, while Monroe is ranked 18th).
Randleman's loss dropped their record down to 9-1. As for West Stanly, they have not been sharp recently, as they've lost three of their last four contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-5 record this season.
