The Jacksonville Christian Academy Conquerors will head out to face off against the Living Water Christian Warriors at 5:15 p.m. on Friday. Living Water Christian took a loss in their last match and will be looking to turn the tables on Jacksonville Christian Academy, who comes in off a win.
On Thursday, Jacksonville Christian Academy made easy work of Pamlico Christian Academy and carried off a 3-0 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Conquerors.
The final score came out to 25-8, 25-11, 25-18.

Jacksonville Christian Academy's success was spearheaded by the efforts of Violette Smith, who had nine digs, and Selma Scott, who hit 100% for eight kills and 24 assists and six aces. That's the most aces Scott has posted since back in August.
They weren't the only good servers: Jacksonville Christian Academy was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 15 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least eight aces in nine consecutive contests.
Meanwhile, Living Water Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 3-0 to Bethel Christian Academy.

Jacksonville Christian Academy's victory bumped their record up to 16-4. As for Living Water Christian, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-9.
