The Marmion Cadets beat the Timothy Christian Trojans 5-1 on Tuesday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Cadets.

On the hitting side, Kevin Schultz was excellent, going 3-for-4 with one triple, one run, and one double. That triple marked the first that he hit this season. The team also got some help courtesy of Ethan Flores, who scored a run while going 3-for-4.
Marmion's win bumped their record up to 7-3-1. As for Timothy Christian, their loss dropped their record down to 1-3.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Marmion will take on Oswego at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Timothy Christian, they will face off against Yorkville Christian at 4:30 p.m. on the 10th.
