With a playoff win on the line, Midtown rose to the challenge on Thursday. Everything went their way against the Dalton Catamounts as they made off with a 6-1 win. Midtown might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won nine matches by four goals or more this season.

They hit Dalton with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from McKenzie Godfrey (3), Adelyn Frietag, Livi Bodie, and Maya Mossing.

The victory was the third in a row for Midtown, bringing their record up to 13-4. As for Dalton, they moved to 12-5 with that defeat, which also ended their five-match winning streak.

Coming up, Midtown will face off against Walnut Grove on Thursday. Dalton does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
