The result was an unpleasant reminder to Graham Local of the 57-43 defeat they experienced in the two teams' previous head-to-head fixture back in February of 2021.
Troy Christian's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Karis Miller led the charge by scoring 18 points along with six steals and five assists. Another player making a difference was Brooklyn Lavy, who dropped a double-double on 15 points and 17 rebounds.
Graham Local's loss ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 11-8. As for Troy Christian, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a massive bump to their 9-9 record this season.
Graham Local's road trip will continue as they head out to face the Red Raiders at 7:30 p.m. on January 31st. London is out to stop a three-game streak of losses at home. Troy Christian will take on the Polar Bears at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
