Stockton entered their tilt with Sarcoxie on Saturday with three consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with four. They narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past the Bears 4-2. The Tigers have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Bears, too.

Stockton's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 13-3. Those home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.7 runs on average over those games. As for Sarcoxie, they have been struggling recently as they've lost eight of their last nine matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-13 record this season.
