The defeat unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Franklin in their matchups with Kenwood: they've now lost three in a row.
Austin Mbuyi continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines for Kenwood, scoring 31 points along with two steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Mbuyi has scored all season. Neo Feehan was another key contributor, almost dropping a double-double on nine points and ten rebounds.
Franklin has been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 17-4 record this season. As for Kenwood, the win (which was their 12th in a row) raised their record to 12-8.
