Karleigh Sheffield was another key contributor, scoring 5 points along with 5 rebounds and 3 steals.
Gadsden City's loss dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Hartselle, their win bumped their record up to 4-2.
Gadsden City will face off against Hazel Green at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday. Hazel Green will be coming into the matchup with an undefeated record on the line. As for Hartselle, they will head out on the road to face off against Muscle Shoals at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Hopefully Muscle Shoals focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 15 on Friday.
