They ended up on the wrong side of a rough 60-40 walloping at the hands of Oak City Prep. When it comes to explaining why Lab University Prep lost, one person who can't be blamed is Makayla Minshall. Despite the final result, she scored 20 points. That's the first time this season that Minshall scored 15 or more points. Another player making a difference was Faith Bekich, who scored nine points.
Lab University Prep's loss dropped their record down to 2-8. As for Oak City Prep, the victory (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 12-6.
