Last Monday, Cole Valley Christian beat Marsing 56-45. Given Cole Valley Christian's advantage in MaxPreps' Idaho basketball rankings (they are ranked eighth, while Marsing is ranked 90th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
Meanwhile, The Ambrose School can now show off eight landslide victories after their most recent match on Monday. They really took it to Compass Charter for the full four quarters, racking up a 79-40 win at home. The matchup was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 44-21.
Cole Valley Christian's victory was their sixth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 18-1. As for The Ambrose School, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven contests, which provided a nice bump to their 16-4 record this season.
Cole Valley Christian skirted past The Ambrose School 57-54 when the teams last played back in January. Will Cole Valley Christian repeat their success, or does The Ambrose School have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
