Several Lions players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Olive Tuuholoaki, who scored 9 points along with 5 rebounds.
Eastside's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Knight, they now have a winning record of 3-2.
Eastside will head out on the road to face off against Lancaster at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Lancaster is strutting with some offensive muscle, as they've averaged 57.6 points per game. As for Knight, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Highland at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Highland will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps California Rankings (they are ranked 579th, while Knight is ranked 238th).
