The Gregori Jaguars will face off against the Pitman Pride at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, these teams will really light up the scoreboard.
As a matter of fact, Gregori put up the most points they have all season on Friday. They breezed past Modesto to the tune of 35-0. The Jaguars not only won on Friday, but they posted their biggest win since August 23, 2024 (when they won 47-12).

Jkai Ramos
| 10/24/25 @ Modesto | 92 |
| 09/20/24 @ Los Banos | 22 |
| 08/23/24 vs Buhach Colony | 19 |
| 09/06/24 vs Atwater | 9 |
| 10/11/24 @ Enochs | 7 |
Gregori's success was spearheaded by the efforts of Jkai Ramos, who rushed for 92 yards and two touchdowns, and JJ Brawley, who rushed for 50 yards and one TD. Those 92 rushing yards gave Ramos a new career-high. Noah Wegner made the highlight reel by snagging an interception and taking it all the way to the house.
They were just one part of a punishing run game: Gregori was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 243 rushing yards. That's a new trend for them: they were averaging 55.8 rushing yards per game earlier this season, but in their last five matchups they've averaged 214.
Another reason for the win was Gregori's imposing defense, which managed to get into the backfield for three sacks. Leading the way was Gavin Aguiar with two. Gregori is 2-1 when Aguiar posts one or more sacks, but 1-5 otherwise. Wegner got in on the action too, converting a pick into a touchdown.
Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Pitman, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They walked away with a 31-24 win over Enochs on Friday. The Pride haven't had any issues with the Eagles recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.
Gregori better keep an eye on Mason Helwick. He was instrumental in Pitman's win, rushing for 265 yards and a pair of scores while picking up 10.2 yards per carry. With that strong performance, Helwick is now averaging an impressive 112.4 rushing yards per game.
Pitman now has a winning record of 5-4. As for Gregori, their win bumped their record up to 3-6.
Gregori skirted past Pitman 25-22 in their previous meeting back in October of 2024. Will the Jaguars repeat their success, or do the Pride have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
