Lindsay Redmon made a splash no matter where she played. On the mound, she struck out eight batters over seven innings while giving up just two earned (and one unearned) runs off five hits (and only one walk). She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't tossed less than six strikeouts in three consecutive appearances. She was also big at the plate, going 2-for-4 with one home run, three RBI, and two runs.
In other batting news, Ellie Southern was incredible, going 2-for-4 with one home run and two RBI. That's the most RBI she has posted since back in March. Another player making a difference was Samantha Hopson, who went 1-for-4 with one home run.
