The Cole Cougars scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Tuesday. They breezed by St. Anthony at home to the tune of 105-55. Considering Cole has won six matchups by more than 25 points this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.
It was another big night for James Livingston, who dropped a double-double on 35 points and ten assists. That makes it six consecutive games in which he has scored at least 25% of Cole's points. Ajian Hasadinratana was another key contributor, scoring 20 points along with six assists and five rebounds.
The win (which was Cole's third in a row) raised their record to 12-8. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 75.7 points per game. As for St. Anthony, their loss dropped their record down to 9-9.
Cole and King will round out the year against one another at 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday at. King will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Texas Rankings (they are ranked 931st, while Cole is ranked 346th). St. Anthony will be staying on the road on December 28th to face off against Central Catholic at 6:00 p.m. on December 28th. Central Catholic has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 286 points over their last four matches.
